About the Event
Tackling Tough Transitions is consists of fun and helpful mental health activities to assist with moving through life's transitions and challenges. it includes:
- Guided Group Discussions
- Trauma-Informed Yoga
- Mindfulness Activties
- Tips for Trusted Adults
- Nature Time
- & More.
Participants can choose their price. Pay what you can! We want to make sure all youth have access to these critical services.
This is a two-day wellness opportunity. The first day is Saturday, Sept. 16 from 11AM - 3PM. Saturday's location is Ryan Hummert Memorial Park, located at 2400 Sutton Blvd, Maplewood, MO 63143. The second day (registered individuals attend both days at one cost) is Sunday, Sept. 17 from 1PM - 4PM. The location for Sunday is Complete Harmony Yoga for Youth, located at 3520 Greenwood Blvd., Maplewood, MO 63143.
