The Reaching Beyond Summer Retreat will be a unique experience that focuses on the whole family. With so much going on in the world today, the importance of connection is vital. The special connection of caregivers and their children is one of the most important. However, in order to be a support for one another, we have to understand one another.
The information coming to the forefront about trauma and its impact on individual's and family systems can be discouraging. Did you know that positive relationships lessen the impact of trauma? This event promises community building for caregivers, children, and families. A child’s mental health is supported by their caregivers. Caregivers' mental health is supported by their community.
